Welcome to the sleepy town of Ocean View! This charming, three-level townhouse will grant you the opportunity to enjoy ocean breezes, soft sands, and, of course, great access to nearby beaches. This retreat has been beautifully appointed and updated to provide guests with the ultimate relaxation experience. The main entrance to this home away from home is on the first level where you'll find the laundry room with a washer/dryer. Then, you have a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and an armchair with a footstool, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with an Amazon Fire TV stick, a dining table that seats four, and access to a concrete patio with a private gas grill–this entire level is perfect for gatherings, movie nights, and cookouts. Climb up the stairs to the second level where you'll find the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is well-equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, another flatscreen TV with an Amazon Fire TV stick, some board games, an armchair by the window, and a ceiling fan. The dining table is right by the kitchen and it seats six, however, if you'd like to dine al fresco, the outdoor dining area on the balcony will be your perfect choice– it seats six! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and cooking utensils to make meal prep a breeze. Keep your groceries nice and fresh inside the full-size fridge, prepare full-course meals in the stove/oven, heat leftovers in the microwave, or enjoy a steamy cup of coffee from the coffee maker. This level also offers a half bathroom. On the third and upper level of this townhome are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one and two have ceiling fans; bedroom number one has its own ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Guests of this charming retreat will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day) and tennis court at no additional cost!

Please note: Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are not included. There are hand towels, dish towels, and bath mats which may be used, but will need to be washed by the guests before departure. Disposable products (soaps, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) are not ensured to be provided, but may be there upon arrival.
