Welcome to Sea Oak, where coastal charm meets timeless elegance. A new home for 2026 located on the desirable West End of beautiful Ocean Isle Beach, approximately one half mile to the right of the pier. Sea Oak is on W. Second street, a quick and easy 1-2 minute walk to the beach. In addition to our private pool, as part of The Resort community, Sea Oak also allows you access to the The Resort Pool and Clubhouse located oceanfront just down the street from the house.
OVERVIEW We offer weekly rentals Sunday to Sunday from June to mid August allowing our guests to avoid the hectic rush and traffic congestion of typical Saturday turnovers. Guests love this perk when staying at one of our properties.
In the off season, we have a three night minimum stay.

Sea Oak features four bedrooms, four and half baths and sleeps 16 with a queen sleeper. The house includes a reverse floor plan with the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom with ensuite bath on the top/third floor. The second floor includes three additional bedrooms each with an ensuite bath and a second living room. An elevator provides easy access for guests of all ages to all three levels of the house.
The exterior amenities of Sea Oak are just as comfortable and enjoyable as the interior. The outdoor living area includes a private heated pool, cocktail bar with refrigerator and ice maker, dining table and chairs, lounge area with TV and an outdoor shower to rinse off and refresh from those long fun filled days on the beach.
Parking for up to six vehicles is available at the house. Only vehicles belonging to guests staying at Sea Oak will be allowed to park in the garage and driveway.
GROUND FLOOR - Parking for 6 vehicles - Interior stair access to upper floor. - Elevator access to all floors - Renter storage closet for provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and other beach amenities.
SECOND FLOOR - King Bedroom - One King bed, ceiling fan, TV and closet. Ensuite bath with tile/glass shower, toilet and single vanity.
- Double Queen Bedroom - Two Queen beds, ceiling fan, TV and closet. Ensuite bath with tile/glass shower, toilet and double vanity.
- Bunk Bedroom - One Queen bed, one Full bed, two Twin beds, ceiling fan, TV and closet. Ensuite bath with tub/shower, toilet and double vanity.
- Living Room with queen sleeper sofa, four chairs, TV, wet bar with refrigerator.
- Decks - Large, expansive deck across entire front and rear of house. Deep cushion seating and rocking chairs provide hours of relaxation and comfort.
THIRD FLOOR - Master Bedroom - One King bed, ceiling fan, TV and walk-in closet. Ensuite bath with large tile/shower, toilet and double vanity.
- Living Room including sofa, chairs ceiling fan, TV and wide open access to expansive deck.
- Half bath with toilet and single vanity.
- Dining Room - dining table with seating for eight to ten people.
- Kitchen - Large island with seating for four people. Island includes additional storage in front of counter stools.
- Pantry/ Laundry Room - Second full size refrigerator/freezer and stand alone ice maker. Speed Queen washer and dryer.
- Decks - Large sliding doors open to expansive decks across the front of house. Deep cushion seating and rocking chairs provide hours of relaxation and comfort.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS AND ELEGANT COASTAL LIVING Sea Oak is a blend of coastal charm and effortless luxury. The focal point of this classically styled home is the use of white oak throughout the house. The charm and warmth of this natural hardwood creates a sophisticated but relaxing coastal retreat for your family's enjoyment while creating memories to last a lifetime.
As you arrive on the top floor of the reverse floor plan, the first thing you notice are the stunning rift cut white oak kitchen cabinets. This is the timeless elegance of Sea Oak on full display. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops and full quartz back slab. Prepare chef style meals for the entire family with all stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, electric cooktop, convection oven, convection/microwave oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials and more including a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker.
A second full size refrigerator and stand alone ice maker are located in the adjacent Pantry/Laundry room along with Speed Queen washer and dryer units.
The kitchen is flanked by the dining room highlighted by a delightful white oak table and chairs and a Bohemian jute chandelier. The table sits 8-10 with four more seats at the island.
The living room is defined by ceiling beams and built-in shelving made of white oak and a wall of glass sliding doors opening to the expansive front deck. The living room includes custom upholstered furniture and stylish designer decor. On a comfortable summer's evening you may open the sliding doors and enjoy time with your family on the deck while watching the 65" Smart TV in the living room.
LINENS AND TOWELS Bed Linens and bath towels will be included. The bed linens will most likely be on the beds upon your arrival. If that is not possible, you will be notified and the bed linens will be at the house upon arrival.
Beach Towels WILL NOT be provided. You will provide your own beach towels.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and detergent will be provided upon your arrival. Guests should be prepared to provide any additional such products for themselves as needed beyond what is supplied.
ELEVATOR For enhanced accessibility for all guests, the home includes a residential elevator providing access to all three floors. Residential elevators are designed for your convenience but more importantly for your safety. As a result, many precautions are built into the operation of the elevator to ensure the safety of all users.
Due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot guarantee the elevator will be working when you arrive or during your stay. Most often user error is the reason the elevator may not move between floors. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before your arrival and before attempting to operate the elevator. The instructions will be emailed to you and posted in the home.
If a service call is required due to user error, you will be responsible for a $250 service charge.
No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Please use the elevator at your own risk.
POOL A private 14 x 28 pool is available for your enjoyment. The chlorine pool is 3 to 5 feet deep with a seating ledge on each end. The pool can be heated September - November and March - May for a charge of $100 per day with a three day minimum. If you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us prior to your arrival as it may take up to 48 hours to get up to temperature. We cannot guarantee the water temperature at any given time due to weather, air temperatures and atmospheric conditions.
The pool is private with no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in or around the pool.
During the summer rental season, the pool is serviced twice per week...typically Monday or Tuesday and Saturday of each week.
OUTDOOR LIVING AREA The rear of the house is designed for fun and entertainment for the entire family. In addition to the pool, Sea Oak includes the following amenities for you enjoyment:
- Lounge area with deep cushion seating, TV and ceiling fan - Bar area with seating for five, sink, refrigerator and ice maker - Dining area with seating for six and ceiling fan - Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water - Gas grill - Corn Hole
BEACH ACCESSORIES You will have access to a renter closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and cooler available for a day on the beach. Some of our guests choose to leave their beach toys at the house year after year.
