Located just a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach access, this home is ideal for beach lovers who want the convenience of a short stroll to the sand. Plus, you'll have your own private oasis in the oversized backyard, complete with a private pool, wet bar, and ample space for sunbathing or a friendly game of cornhole.

Inside, the home is designed for family fun and relaxation. The downstairs den features a game room with shuffleboard and foosball, perfect for keeping the kids entertained while the adults unwind in the upstairs living room. Room 3 - Two sets of twin/twin bunk beds - full bath in hallway

Second Floor:
Room 4 - Queen, Queen - full bath in hallway
Room 5 - King with Ensuite

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at the end of Greensboro st, approximately at two minute walk. Just come out the house and take a left onto E Second then a right on Greensboro, follow to the end and you’re there!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front/rear entrance and carport/driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
