Welcome to our charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage, perfectly situated within a stone's throw to the river and just a short stroll to the shops and beach. This inviting retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway!

We warmly welcome one house-trained dog to join your adventure!

.Located near attractions such as the main beach at Ocean Grove, a variety of retail stores, delightful cafes, and restaurants, this cottage is a gateway to fun and relaxation. Explore local wineries, enjoy a hit of golf at nearby courses, or a enjoy a swim at the popular Barwon Heads beach at the neck of the river which is a great spot for children.

Adventure Park is just a ten-minute drive away and will be a guaranteed day of fun for families visiting the area!

Inside you'll find a spacious living area featuring a large smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and split system heating and cooling, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine for your morning brew, while the adjoining outdoor area invites you to enjoy alfresco dining with a BBQ setup, surrounded by nature

Upon entering this cozy cottage, you are welcomed with a warm and stylish open plan living space. The kitchen is well equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher etc. The charming dining space can accommodate up to 6 guests. The lounge has a large smart TV (please login into your own streaming accounts) and you will be kept comfortable, year-round, with the split system heating/AC. Double doors open out to the alfresco area, complete with dining table/chairs, plus a BBQ.

There is a bathroom and laundry in-one, which has a toilet, shower, vanity and washing machine.

Bed configuration:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Tri-bunk plus single trundle bed (double bed on bottom, single bed on top)

One house trained dog is welcome; however, we ask you to please consider the set-up at the property before booking - there is NO secured/contained area outside at this time, so your pet must be leashed outside or taken with the owner if you head out for the day.
We also ask that:
- Pets are most welcome inside but are not allowed on beds and other furniture.
- Please BYO pet beds, bowls, toys etc
- Please clean up after your pet and prior to check out
- Please do not leave pets unattended inside the house

STRICTLY no hens/bucks, schoolies or parties/events of any type.
Guests must be over the age of 25 to book this property
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative
accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited.
Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with
pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. YOUR

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery
washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and
furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the
property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
