I enjoyed the property. The location was great. Onsite parking made it easy. The only thing that was not great was how long it took to get hot water.

This is not my first stay. The Americana Hotel is reliably clean and the staff has always been friendly, hence my repeated visits. On this particular occasion I arrived several hours too early and was still given a room; partly due to the season, I'm sure, but also Georgiana (who checked me in) was very kind and accommodating. I noted less than five stars for the area around the property; reason being it's accessible to the public and they can't control the conduct of other people walking by and littering or simply being rude. So it's not really a mark against them, but the problem still exists. I didn't feel unsafe, it's just living in the real world and not a gated compound :) And parking space is extremely limited, which is the case just about anywhere at the beach.

I stayed there for a convention last weekend April 12-14th 2024 and I was amazed how clean and peaceful this hotel was. I really enjoyed my stay here and I’m definitely booking for next years convention. You get a 5 star for me

A little dated but very very clean. Staff is great!! Just wished they allowed pets for future visits. Very affordable. Will definitely stay again.

The room was nice for the price and the view of the ocean was beautiful so definitely worth it for a quick day trip and they’re open 24/7 so you can check in whenever which made it super helpful for a busy schedule like mine thank you!
