The staff was very friendly but the rooms are very small and outdated. The walls are very thin so i could here the people all around me. Very expensive for what you get.

Older property that was perfect right on the boardwalk. Pools and Jacuzzi tubs were closed due to the time of year but they look fantastic for any in-season stays

Basic but works
Basic room which is small but works. Did not feel as clean as most places but maybe because it’s an old hotel. Two soap dispensers in the bathroom—one on shower and one by sink. The sink was empty and I was told they only ever fill one in a room. Just a little awkward to have to reach into the shower to get soap to wash your hands.

I know it is offseason BUT the desk staff was really unfriendly, like they didn't want to be there. No even a "thank you for staying withj us" when I checked out. and could not get NBC on TV and when I called, she didnt know and curtly said "maybe we dont get it" The maid on my floor (4) was very friendly, greeting me and making sure I didnt leave anything in room,, that was it.

Definitely would not recommend!! Terrible, called for Toilet tissue and clean towels, was told No towels, till tomorrow— how can u run a hotel w No towels Available? It u stay here, put ur house keeping sign out daily or u don’t get any service! The toilet tissue was never delivered, called again at 6 am the next morning, finally had a little old lady with a cane deliver the tissue!! It old, musty (glad I couldn’t see the mold growing) extremely small rooms. Should be shut down until renovated!!

I’m upset that I didn’t get compensated for being given a smaller room then I paid for. The beds were small, the bathroom light barely worked and we had a crack in our door.

The Plim Plaza is very outdated. The hotel had a bad smell and carpets stained. This place needs to be torn down and re-built.

When we complained about the ants and were told to come to the lobby for a can of bug spray and take care of it ourselves. We did not because the smell would’ve been terrible. So, we switched rooms. Not as nice as what we left, but doable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Plim Plaza, the only two things that I had trouble with was I could not sit on the toilet straight I had to sit sideways, it was way to close to the tub and our air conditioning was leaking, It still worked, but we had wet carpet on the floor in front of it!!!!

Bathroom was dirty, rooms were very very small. Nothing like the pictures. Great location, parking was not the best. People were crowding the back door near the pool smoking cigarettes and weed which made the smell unpleasant.

When the storm hit they were very good about extending our stay. The rooms are small but very clean. I would like to stay there again.

Absolutely do NOT waist your money here. As soon as we arrived my girlfriend noticed the unstable poles in the tiny parking lot. I went in and checked in while she waited in the car with out bags, as this is how we always operate when we check into hotels. She felt unsafe in this area as there were random people hanging around multiple that clearly weren’t theirs. They started hanging around our vehicle but luckily I came out after checking in rather quickly. We brought our bags in and headed up to our room on the 3rd floor. My girlfriend mentioned how she felt as if she was going to fall through the floor because it felt soft and rotted. We get to our room and she immediately starts having an asthma attack because the room reeked of mildew. It’s was so bad we knew we would not last there for 3 nights. I put my hand on the wall and it was soft like playdough. The bathroom in the room was so small you would need to sit sideways because of how close the toilet was to the tub. My girlfriend immediately booked a room somewhere we KNEW was going to be better as it is newer and a brand name hotel. I went to the front desk and explained the situation to them and told them we would not be staying. The only positive to this review is that the front desk was understanding and apologized and offered a full refund. We left and are extremely happy we did not stay was this property was horrible. The point is, spend the extra mo way to stay elsewhere. This property is a nightmare.

I rented 3 rooms for weekend 9-22- thru 9-24, the room with king size bed the toilet is sitting right in front of the tub so you have to sit sideways on toilet uncomfortable. The locks on the doors for two of my rooms completely broke did not lock the doors. King side room turned on the heat and the smoke detector went off had to take down because it wouldn’t shut off. Went to cal front desk no phone in room. I go to service desk they told me they would send management and service and no one every responded to me.

Rooms air quality are extremely dry... couldn't breathe. The beds are spring mattress and uncomfortable. Parking is extremely difficult to come by. No free breakfast! Will not stay here again. You get what you pay for!

we like the rocking chairs out front. This is great for older people who seem to dominate the guest numbers. It's an older hotel but for a couple of day are fine. Great pool and 3 hot tubs. for the money it's a great deal We have no complaints.
