From the first day, I had problems because the app said they didn't charge for parking, but they do charge $10.00 per day. Then they had to move me to a different room because the air conditioner started making noises and leaking water. They moved me to a different room, but I didn't have internet. They came to fix it, but it didn't work, meaning I didn't have internet either. The balcony doors were dirty. When they supposedly came to clean, which they do every three days, the girl didn't clean anything. They should have more staff for the guests at breakfast. I really don't recommend it. đ
The staff was very accommodating changing our room when the air conditioner was loud. The refrigerator in our room didnt work. The floors in the lobby and elavators were dirty. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here and would return.
My time at Fairfield was wonderful. The manager Chad was very helpful and attentive. Very familiar with clients that come there and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Canât wait to come back. I came for a stay-vacation and enjoyed myself. I like the variety options for breakfast and the other amenities like the pool (that was always empty) and fitness center was great too!
Of all the Marriott hotels I have stayed in, this one was the most disappointing. The room was very clean but also very dark. The lighting was quite insufficient, even with all the available lights turned on. Our room was not even cleaned during our stay - no fresh towels were provided. The blow dryer didn't work and upon taking it to the front desk I was told there were no others available (one was left in my room later but I didnât have one to use when needed). The best thing about this stay was Gemma who sets up the breakfast (by herself) and does a great job!
