This property, located right in Oaxaca's historical district, is part of a small gated community that has been in our family for generations. With so many attractions within walking distance, this rental would be the perfect home base during your trip to Oaxaca de Juárez.

This fairly large two-story home is truly unique. Many things inside and out are vintage and have been preserved. It has a balcony and a large, enclosed patio. You have the ability to close off this property from the other properties in this small gated community for complete privacy.

This home is approximately 1,700 square feet. It comes fully furnished, and has a dining area, a small den, a living room, a full bathroom, and a small kitchen downstairs. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a small sewing room, and access to the balcony.

In one bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed, and in the other, two twin beds. In the small den downstairs, there is a futon that converts into a small double bed. So there is sleeping space for six.

High-speed internet, cable television, water, electricity, trash service, and gas (propane) are all included with this rental.
