Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Pas neuf, rien de chic mais lit confortable, chambre spacieuse, personnel courtois. A deux pas du sympathique “Jack London square” où on retrouve multitude de restaurants et un service de navette fluviale vers San Francisco. Il faut s’attendre au bruit des trains qui passent juste en face.

La réalité une fois sur place ne correspondait en rien à la photo de la chambre au moment de faire la réservation. Immeuble délabré dans un secteur défavorisé de Oakland, très bruyant (le sifflement des trains à proximité est particulièrement intense)

Je trouve la note sur expédia un peu severe pour cette catégorie d’hôtel . Accueil sympathique, bruit du train ce qui est normal vu que le train passe devant l’hôtel et donc très pratique pour rejoindre la gare en 5 minutes et idem pour l’embarcadère pour rejoindre San Francisco. Très satisfaite de cet emplacement pour une nuit .

Attention a la voie ferrée !
Grande chambre propre.La salle de bain , la moquette devrait être changé! je n' avais pas lu les avis mais le hôtel est placé juste a coté d une voie ferrée et il y a bcp de passage .c est surprenant ! Néanmoins, nous n avons pas été dérangé pendant la nuit ! Pas de grasse matinée toutefois!petit dej correct .rapport qualité prix correct

My first time here at the property. I guess you get what you pay for. It's basically a Motel 6. I felt safe but everything closed super early, so make sure you eat before 8 pm. The room smelled like straight cigarettes. The bathroom was very stained, the counter area

The online pictures do not accurately represent the actual rooms. The walls and furniture had chips and stains and overall poorly “fixed.” The room smelled like pure cigarettes and the sheets had stains. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Expedia doesn’t say that they require a $100 deposit when you book there. They take the deposit when you enter and give it back at the end of the stay. So be wary if you’re coming with a fixed amount of money

This property is old but extremely clean and staff was the friendly especially the gentleman at the front desk upon my check in. However the walls are really thin, there was banging and noise all night and I was also next to the elevator so that didn't really help, but upon reading the reviews there were also many complaints concerning the hearing noise through the walls. Also a weird acting guy approached me while I was getting things out of my vehicle and I reported him to the staff who later said he was a resident at the hotel, not sure how true that was but maybe security should be available at night.

The furniture in the room was broken or damaged. The drapes were old and the drape rods did not work to open or close the drapes. The lamps on the nightstands were broken and dirty. The bathroom needs complete renovation. The water in the bathroom was not hot. I was very disappointed. I can't see myself returning to this facility.
