Proche des grands axes routiers et du Bart, hôtel sécurisé, quartier peu stressant, restaurants à proximité, parking gratuit... Le bâtiment et les chambres ne sont pas de toute première fraîcheur mais tout est une question de rapport qualité/prix.

A 5 min à pied de la station Bart Mc Arthur et 15 min de la station Embarcadero en Bart. Hôtel pratique pour visiter San Francisco. Chambre correcte, pas le grand luxe mais c’etait juste pour dormir. C’était notre 2ème séjour et j’y retournerais volontiers !

Personnel très accueillant à la réception dommage que le ménage et la propreté laissent à désiré je pense le coup de balai et nettoyage des douches seraient un minimum et pas juste faire les lits j'ai dû demander pour qu'on me change les draps car 2 tâches à mon arriver et les draps n'était pas changer le lendemain pas de café les deux premiers jours

Pratique bien placé et bon marché pour SF
Hôtel très bien placé à quelques minutes du Bart. Dispose de tables avec chaises et parasols autour d’une petite fontaine, sympa pour les fins de journée après avoir crapahuté dans SF. Entouré de petits restaurants très pratiques Quartier safe Le personnel a l’accueil est très sympa

A éviter
1) Au moment du check-in j'apprends que ma carte a été débitée sans mon accord. J'ai demandé à annuler la transaction pour pouvoir payer cash mais à ce jour je ne peux pas savoir si ma banque m'a facturé cette transaction. Pourtant j'avais bien précisé que je voulais payer en espèces pour éviter les frais de banque !! 2) On nous a attribué une chambre au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Sachant que j'avais 2 grosses valises j'ai demandé à changer on m'a dit non. 3) La chambre était dégoutante. Le sol plein de saletés. Micro-ondes dégoûtant. Les draps tâchés et avec des poils. Mais le lit était fait.... 4) On a demandé à changer de chambre. Ils ont accepté tout de suite. Soudainement une place au deuxième étage était disponible. Descente des valises.... 5) Cette nouvelle chambre était plus propre mais peu confortable dans l'ensemble. La salle de bain manquait de propreté. 6) Wifi indisponible car trop de résidents pour peu de réseau. 7) Point positif : Le patio est agréable pour fumer 1 petite cigarette.... Beaucoup trop cher pour 1 motel en dehors de San Francisco, dans 1 quartier qui n'inspire pas confiance.

Motel suffisant pour une visite de San Francisco
Bon motel, bonne alternative aux hôtels de San Francisco qui sont très chers. Celui-ci est raisonnable et relativement proche d'une station de métro. Le quartier n'est pas très rassurant mais c'est une généralité à San Francisco et sa banlieue.

Bon, il y a des sans abris dans le quartier (ils dorment sous les viaducs des autoroutes) mais c'est propre à la Californie (climat et filet social). Visible, surprenant mais pas embarrassant.

I would not go back
Room felt it was not renovated since 1990. The office had a bullet proof window when I checked in for my room. The room was smelly (cigarette). No iron. Not a place I would recommend to anyone for business travel. Even for the cheap price.

Hôtel propre, chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. Situé à environ 20 minutes de San Fransisco via le Bay Bridge, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons réservé au mois d'août 2011 une chambre non fumeur. On s'est retrouvé dans une chambre fumeur dégueulasse (très sale, taies d'oreillers avec des moisissures). Une odeur très forte de la cigarette imprégnée dans tout (rideaux, lit ..).Le lendemain on nous a attribué une chambre non fumeur avec un léger oudeur de cigarette. L'accès internet inexistant et les taies d'oreillers me semblaient pas très propres.Le personnel est à l'écoute et présent

There was mold in the bathroom and almost no water pressure for the shower. The beds were comfy but had small blood stains and a couple of cigarette burns. The parking was free and the front desk personnel was kind and attentive. It is a great location for travelers on a budget. It was also very quiet.

Very nice stay
We were allowed to check in early without paying extra, since we came from far away. The rooms were very nice, and had a fridge and microwave. The courtyard was perfect to sit and enjoy coffee and read. There were quite a few nice places within walking distance to go.

The cleaning detail for our room was lacking. We only had a quarter roll of toilet paper and only 2 small towels and no shower towels. The website advertises microwave but our room had no microwave. Not pleased
I wasn’t very happy with my stay. To start, I requested a handicap accessible room. I put on the 3rd floor and the location had a broken elevator. So I had to carry my handicap 4 year old up 3 flights of stairs. The room looked fine at first glance. But we were surprised to see the floors were filthy. My 4 year old can’t walk, she scoots on her knees. When I went to pick her up I saw that her hands and shins were BLACK with filth. I hurried to give her a bath only to find out the bathroom light was on seizure mode, strobing like crazy, with the worlds loudest fan. It sounded like someone dropped a whole bag of marbles into a blender. Not very happy and won’t be returning. Happy I only needed to stay there for one night

It is a good little motel with very helpful staff. It is in a great location to travel from, with easy access to all the freeways. They let us leave a car there for 2 days while we went into the City. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the sheets were all cotton, clean and soft. I would stay here again.
