Bright and spacious
A roomy second floor 2bedroom with lots of natural light, new well equipped kitchen and bathroom with two separate areas and two sinks. In the middle of Albany Hill, quiet neighborhood, across the street from a park and butterfly sanctuary. Great view of towns below, sunrise and Berkeley Hills across the way from balcony. A short walk to see sunset over Bay. Three blocks downhill to extensive Solano Ave shopping and restaurants. Steep hill return if walking but worth the view. Owner really responsive and generous our entire winter 4 month stay.

Great apartment with a great view!
We stayed at the apartment for three months while my family relocated from Albany. This apartment was very comfortable, the location was great, quiet, and safe. Sean was always prompt with communication. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Comfortable, clean, convenient
The condo was very comfortable, clean, up-to-date and has a well-stocked kitchen, etc. The visitor will never run short on toilet paper, shampoo or soap/body wash! We really appreciated the room darkening drapes in the bedroom. As the host's description mentions, it's within walking distance of a major commercial street with shops and restaurants. (also a movie theater which had not yet reopened at the time of our stay.) My only caveats - there's plenty of shelf space in the bedroom closets but if both bedrooms will be occupied, more hangers should be supplied. Also, although cool weather is the norm for the east bay, depending on the time of year, there are hot sunny days and the apartment can get very warm and stuffy. As the list of amenities shows, a fan is NOT included. With the sliding doors in each room open, the condo cools off but the living room sliding has no screens so we kept it closed or opened only about 6 inches. (i spoke to the owner about this and sliding screen may be installed in the future.) fyi, i recommend walking up Hillside Ave (to the left when you leave the condo) The view is spectacular!
