Un endroit exceptionel
L'endroit parfait pour séjourner proche de Mariposa Grove ! Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables ! La baignoire qu'on a eu dans notre chambre était magique. La chambre super confortable et calme. Le petit dej le matin était merveilleux et on a fait des belles rencontres. Bref, de loin le meilleur endroit ou on a séjourné durant notre voyage.

Undoubtedly the best stay around Yosemite. It’s just 20mins drive to the South Gate entrance from the property. Amazing breakfast served which I loved it! The rooms are kept clean and the amenities are awesome. Only drawback is there is no one to answer your questions since there is no one at the property. But we managed somehow. Overall I would rate it 9.5/10

Great, peaceful, secure stay here! Breakfast was simple but had everything I could have asked for. Tip: Make sure you have the check-in instruction email or text pulled up before heading there, didn't really have good cell service in the area.

Glad to know that you had a good stay.Thanks for the feedback, yes the signal is choppy here in the mountains. However we have posted the WiFI password outside the front door, so please connect to the FREE WiFI as soon as you arrive!

Just want to say thank you to Deena for being such a gracious host! The breakfast was an awesome fill up before a full day in Yosemite, and the bedroom and spa were incredible. I would highly recommend this spot to anybody trying to visit the parks for a few days, thanks again!

At first, I was wary as the stairs upon entrance are steep if you have luggage. And I had high heels on! There was no one to greet me nor guide me, so it can be very confusing. But the room was flawless and I adored the rose theme. The view was excellent. The continental breakfast was perfect for preceding a day of hiking! The coffee maker was complicated for a caffeine fueled person such as me! Overall, though, this is an enchanting and charming place to stay! Kara Miller, M.A.

Hostess was really quiet and didn’t really interact which was okay but a little uncomfortable. Liked the jetted tub. Heated by a portable heater that took a while to warm the room

Nice area has potential to be a nicer bnb, shower and tub where pretty gross tv remote didn’t work, had a musty mildew smell in side, outside lights didn’t work so had to navigate the deck in the dark. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great just needed a place to sleep before Yosemite

Super cute property! Close to Yosemite entrance and about 6 minutes from restaurants in Oakhurst. The furniture and decorations were beautiful! I loved the view from my room "The Garden Rose". I had a panoramic view of the Sierra National Forest. Breakfast was amazing! The lady that prepared breakfast was sweet and friendly. Id definitely stay there again.

Quiet location
Check-in process reliant on welcome email that I did not receive (was very simple once “code” received). Good location for accessing Yosemite. Caretaker JoAnn provides an amazing breakfast at 8am. Facility is clean. However I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Parking can be an issue if a guest occupies more than 1 space, there are 4 rooms and 4 parking spots. You will have a bit of a drive to access food or other services.

Guests need to climb up15 stairs to access rooms as visible in the main picture.Parking - We guide guests to park at another spot if they are having difficulty parking in smaller spotsLocation - Yes, we are 4 miles away from the town.

Made the Yosemite Experience even Better
Great place to stay for a weekend in Yosemite, close to town for food and groceries. The host was very responsive and carrying.. the Breakfast on point, home made, healthy and ideal for before a Hike. Strong thumbs up and very much recommended .. I would love to visit again. also, great Jet bath for after a long hike

My daughter and I arrived to find that no one was available to greet us. There was a phone number to call and I spoke with someone who gave me a code to get into the guest room that had been reserved for us. I later called back to find out about breakfast options and was told it was served at 8 AM. This was too late because we wanted to be able to spend the day in Yosemite National Park and arriving on Saturday morning at 9 am would mean spending hours waiting to get through the gate, even though I have a Park Pass. I asked if something could be left that we could take with us for a 7 AM departure and was told that the caretaker would come by with this food. At 7 AM the next morning there was no breakfast. Saturday evening, there was a domestic violence incident with other guests on the property. A woman, what sounded like a child, and a man were involved in the incident. The woman kept screaming for someone to call 911 and banged on the doors, including the one to our room. This went in for some time while we hid in our room which had only one exit, past the fighting. Terrified, my daughter, and then I both called 911 and the police arrived. The man involved was arrested and taken out into the night in handcuffs while we waited to be able to escape with our belongings and our safety. There was only one hotel room available in Oakhurst, the closest town to Yosemite, and still many many miles away from the closest gate into the park. This room cost $325 and change.

The main reason that I took the property was it was available at a peak season for Yosemite national Park, and it was close to the park in a town that had the necessary restaurants and service stations that I needed for my visit.

Even though it was short, we had a lovely stay here. Nice breakfast and lovely room. Great location closer to the park, but not too far from town. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our visit. Our room WS spacious and comfortable. I loved that I could see the stars so well just from our windows. Breakfast was lovely and enjoyed a great visit with one of the owners who served us. Definitely recommend it and would go back.
