Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own luxurious full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with 2 queen beds, offering enchanting vistas of the shimmering pool, and jack and jill ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. Located on the pool side is the second bedroom, suited with a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle, this bedroom also shares the jack and jill bathroom. Positioned on the serene street side, the third and fourth bedrooms are suited with King-sized beds and private ensuites, walk in shower.

Ascend to the top floor, where two additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. Indulge in a fully stocked haven designed to cater to every guest's desire! Immerse yourself in culinary delights with an extensive array of kitchen amenities, from essential baking dishes to a sleek blender and a trusty toaster, all complemented by brand new appliances that promise seamless culinary adventures.

The first of these upper-floor retreats is located on the street side, suited with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite tub/shower setup. Situated on the street side, the final bedroom features a queen bed.

Beyond the kitchen, guests are treated to an array of extra amenities thoughtfully provided for their enjoyment. Dive into beachside bliss with boogie boards and comfortable beach chairs, shielded from the sun's rays by elegant umbrellas.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

Please inquiry about house parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind for approval.

NO Pets- if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

Rented this house with my family, including my adult children, their spouses and young children, and my sister's family. The house was perfect, not only for the older adults, but for the five 22-year-olds in our family and the little ones.Of course, with a three-story beach house, we did need to watch the little ones on the stairs, and it was quite a climb for our visiting parents, who are in their 80s. Nonetheless, we would definitely rent here again.Having a private pool on our doorstep was an even greater perk than we had imagined it would be. The beautiful beach was just an easy walk down the quiet, dead-end street.The house was beautiful, very fresh and new, and clearly well-built. It was very thoughtfully appointed. The open living areas were perfect for a large crowd, and the bright kitchen accommodated many cooks. The wine fridge came in very handy. Plenty of dishes and glassware for a crowd.Loved the deep decks with generous overhangs protecting from the sun. We took advantage of beach rentals (bikes, cornhole) available through the same company, which was super convenient.Communication with management throughout the process was excellent. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay there again.
