**We just went through a huge storm so there are a lot of debris on the street. Please make sure you are ok with it before booking.

**This is ONLY the upper unit as the house has another lower unit, which is NOT included in this listing.

This house features 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette, providing enough space for families and groups. New appliances, smart home devices are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.

Bedroom 1: two king size beds, sleep up to 4 guests
Bedroom 2: one queen size bed, sleep up to 2 guests
Bedroom 3: one queen size bed, sleep up to 2 guests

You will have access to the 2nd floor (upper unit) of the house since 1st floor is a separate unit, which is NOT included in this listing.

This unit is located in Oak Harbor, on Whidbey Island, right next to the water. It's beautiful and peaceful, definitely a great getaway destination!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1.【No Parties or Events】
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, we have security systems and outside surveillance cameras that may detect noise and motion. Airbnb's policy mandates that we force evacuating party groups. Please note that a fine of $300 will be charged for any violations of this rule.

2.【Quiet Hours 10 PM-8 AM】
To respect our neighbors' peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.

3.【No Smoking】
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.

4.【No Animals】
As much as we love animals, unfortunately, our property is animal-free due to the homeowner's allergies to animal danders/hairs. We have received an exemption from Airbnb, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any animals with you during your stay. If an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5.【No Shoes】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

6.【Self-Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early Check-in】
We understand that you may want to check-in early, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the early check-in availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival. We will approve early check-in requests on a case-by-case basis once we confirm with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date.

8.【No Late Check-out】
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out requests, as we usually have same-day check-ins, and our cleaning crew needs enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Lost and Found】
Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a handling fee of $50 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

If you're the one who make the reservation, please be aware that you're accountable for ensuring ALL members of your group who wish to participate review and sign the waiver provided below before using the equipment. If anyone in your group encounters risks without signing the waiver, you'll be responsible for any accidents that happen. Please note that minors are NOT permitted to use the equipment.

11.【No trespassing or littering】
Please DON'T enter neighbors's lot. Please DON'T walk on bulkhead, which may case damages to the structure. DON'T jump from the bulkhead.

Les points faibles : Propreté
Unfortunately, we were EXTREMELY disappointed and disgusted in this place! We showed up and took off our shoes at the door as requested. We had to step through piles of dead insects/bugs at the door to enter, which was disgusting! Dead insects were EVERYWHERE! Once we entered the living room, there were carpet stains on the floor and the couch the couch was busted, which was the only place to sit down besides the 4 chairs at the table!! The back of the couch was completely broken off, separated from the base and the cushions were pushed down, resting on the floor. The place was NOT very clean. We were only there for 5-10 minutes and had seen enough to know that it was unacceptable for a place to stay. We left and stayed at a hotel in Oak Harbor. We only wish someone had left an honest review for us to read so we would have NOT chosen this place. If we could leave zero stars, we would! And the communication is mind boggling in itself! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
