Marcher à seulement deux pâtés de maisons pour atteindre Oak Bluffs Harbor, ou flâner un demi-mile pour visiter East Chop et Oak Bluffs Town Beaches.

Le salon de l'étage principal récemment rénové est lumineux et ouvert, avec une collection de jeux pour enfants, une bibliothèque de prêt, une connexion Wi-Fi et une télévision par câble à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. S'il vous plaît noter que cette maison n'a pas de chauffage, alors assurez-vous d'emporter un chandail à capuchon ou un chandail au printemps et en automne, juste au cas où.

Vous n'avez qu'à marcher quelques portes pour déguster les fameux fruits de mer de l'île au restaurant et à la taverne Ocean View, mais vous aurez également une cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils en acier inoxydable (y compris un lave-vaisselle), un bar pour quatre et une table à manger avec un espace pour huit.

Chaque matin, rassemblez les chaises de plage fournies en direction de East Chop Beach, faites un tour en ville sur l'un des quatre vélos de taille adulte, ou regardez vos enfants jouer dans la cour clôturée. Vous aurez même un porche, une terrasse, et des barbecues électriques et charbon de bois pour vous aider à profiter du beau temps estival.

Fantastic Getaway

Everything we needed and more. Super location an easy walk into Oak Bluffs, to the Ferry and to the #13 bus. Lots of great spaces to gather and chit chat both indoors and out. Very well-equipped kitchen. Excellent weekend.

The location of the home is perfect. We enjoyed the property. The only downside was there is only 1 shower even though there is 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub. Otherwise, the house was very clean and accomodating.

The property manager has not returned any correspondence regarding an important bag that was left on the property from our stay. This place was too expensive for the quality and service that we received. Whatever you do, do not leave anything that you value after check out because it will likely not be returned.

Amazing location!

We truly enjoyed our stay as the house is very charming and the location is very walkable into town. We loved the front and back porch, updated kitchen, and numerous bedrooms. A shower in the upstairs bathroom would be helpful, and additional toilet paper/garbage bags stocked, but those are minor and did not negatively impact our stay. We did not interact with property management, as instructions were simple and easy to follow. Would highly recommend!

We spent a lovely long weekend with our family. 3-twenty something’s and 2-teenagers. The layout of the bedrooms worked well. My favorite was the comfortable porch for morning coffee and evening happy hour before a quick walk downtown for dinner. The yard could use some tending to.

Excellent location near Oak Bluffs Harbor

We had a great stay in this home in July. There were 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 kids, and the house offered plenty of space to spread out. The house was very clean and was exactly as pictured and described. The beds were all comfortable. Two of the four bedrooms were smaller/tighter, but it did not bother us. Only the downstairs bedroom had a small closet - the others did not. But, there were drawers and hooks in all of the other rooms. It wasn't an issue for us. All of the beds came with clean sheets and blankets, and every bedroom had plenty of fresh, clean towels. We only needed to bring beach towels! The house had ample supply of beach chairs (the kind you can carry on your back). There is a/c is every bedroom, plus the living room and kitchen, and we needed it. The kitchen was well stocked, though I confess we did not do a lot of cooking. One minor complaint was that the primary kitchen lights did not work (over the kitchen table), so the kitchen was rather dark at night. The only working lights were over the island and they are quite dim. Grateful for the outdoor shower because the upstairs bathroom only has a tub. Other minor complaint is that the downstairs shower had extremely low pressure and the drain started to clog after about 10min. It would have been a major issue had we all tried to shower in there, but the majority of my family chose to shower outdoors after the beach. The washer and dryer worked really well. The front porch was lovely! The house is located very close to Oak Bluffs Harbor. We found it took us less than 10 minutes to walk to downtown OB, and we loved that convenience. The house is also about 10 minutes from Jetty Beach (East Chop), which was also very convenient. The house claims to have a parking spot, but we could not figure out where that was supposed to be. That being said, we never had an issue parking right out front of the house. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. We would rent here again!

The location is fantastic and walking distance to shops, food, the beach and water. I would have liked to see there be gas in the tank for the grill and the information on the website to access the property was not correct. The doors were left unlocked. When we contacted Vacasa (management group), they didn't respond and I still haven't heard back. I would be weary of that if you do have issues. The shower downstairs does not drain well, but I read prior reviews on that and was already aware of that being an issue. Great amount of space for a family too. Plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor. Beds were comfortable too.

Good Location/Over Priced

This property had a great location close to the ferry which worked well without a car. Overall the property was over priced, lacking basic items like towels, sponges,detergent and so on... The shower drain was clogged which resulted in water constantly spilling onto the bathroom floor. The yard and the home both need a lot of TLC. If the rental was 1/2 the price it would be understandable but at a cost high & over priced for the property. That being said MV is a great place to visit!!!

Microwave didn’t work , shower leaked pretty bad onto floor , the house was incrediably hot at times. Invest in at least one air unit per floor - so at least you can gather in a room. Renters will not return otherwise . The window treatments kept falling off the windows which did not allow privacy in the bedroom , skunks living under side deck , exterior a mess , cleaning service -fair , dressers drawers non functional as you could not open most drawers, suggest converting upstairs tub to include a shower . Two nights in a row a car parked in front of property one night a person was smoking weed , the other night 2 people arguing . Made me feel very uneasy given I had no blinds or drapes to close and a single mom w/ my teenagers . Less is more......Lots of “ stuff “ everywhere . Property manager-Don , very responsive and professional . Booking was seamless . TVs and cable package a plus . Kitchen was spacious and updated. Plenty of porch seating . Close walk to package store and town. Nice living room setup . Kids loved the upstairs TV space . Nice cooler , decent beach chairs . Great I could rent 3 nights, price was fair. 3 out of 5 stars . I would probably seek out a different property my next visit unless some changes were made .

Great Location - Awful house management and very dirty

We were so excited with the location and some of the comforts of the home! Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned very well (shower stall had built up sledge on tile from never being cleaned), toilet were not cleaned, No bath towels upon arriving (after waiting on hold for 10min with management company, they did send towels over) dirty wet rugs left in laundry room, old soaps and personal items left in outdoor shower, Microwave was broken, no handle on kitchen sink (when we contacted management service they said they would send someone over - never fixed), ants are all over house - bedrooms and kitchen, curtain was taped up with blue painters tape, microwave was broken, No bikes were there as promised in description. There are NO cleaning supplies so pack your own! This house would be a great place to stay if it were managed properly. It has a great covered porch, a deck off the kitchen, great outdoor grill, plenty of beach chairs and a newer kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meal. The management company did give me a small credit, but not nearly what I think I should have gotten back.

House is a bit quirky- used the downstairs as master since cooler downstairs. small bed for 2... Great location and kitchen but since no AC upstairs gets uncomfortably warm... fans help. Only one indoor shower (outdoor shower is great) upstairs has a tub.

15 min walk to oaks bluff, a real plus. But double beds didnt work for three couples with toddlers. Would be excellent choice for families with older children, ours were 7, 3, 2, and 1-1/2. No space for toddlers to share double bed with parents. Stairs were steep for the little ones. Kitchen was beautiful and worked well.

Wayland Ave house is great location on East Chop- if you want walking distance to Oak Bluffs center this house is prime spot. The five full bedrooms are convenient for larger groups. We had 8 adults and we're very comfortable. The two full baths are sufficient. Upstairs bathroom has claw foot tub with hand held shower but no curtain, so bath is really the only option. Downstairs bath has a separate toilet room and shower room- great for traffic control! Shower downstairs is glass encased and has a rain shower head. Lovely. Kitchen is very well equipt. We found everything we needed and more. The kitchen table sits six comfortably. The living room is kind of small for large groups. Seats five comfortably. But the front porch is large with plenty of seating! Vacasa property management is really easy and accommodating. Don the manager was so helpful! Great guy! There were plenty of towels for everyone waiting for us in each bedroom. The sheets were exceptionally crisp. Loved them! The bed's were comfortable. Pillows not so much, lol. Plenty of ceiling fans. It was cool during our stay and property manager provided space heaters. We truly appreciated his consideration. We made use of the washer dryer during our stay. Top of the line. Very nice to have. We really loved the house and will rent again. Some things need to be addressed however. The upstairs bath has a vent stack running through it. While the rim is stuffed with oakum, lead has not been added so the seal is poor, allowing a sewer smell to seep through especially in rainy weather. We left window open to alleviate the smell. There is no charcoal grill as listed. There is an electric grill but it does not work well. Be prepared to bring your own or maybe homeowner can replace. The downstairs shower leaks at the door. It is level to the floor so we needed to place some of our towels on the floor. A very absorbent bath rug should be provided. The smoke alarms are extra sensitive. They went off each time we cooked. Not much can be done for that, it's a necessary safety tool, but renters should be made aware. Bikes do not work. Nice to have not a necessity, renters should bring their own. Finally, homeowner should know that your cleaning crew leaves a lot to be desired. It was liveable but not clean when we arrived. Our check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 4:30 and they were still cleaning. On their departure we found used towels left on back of doors and a pack of cigs in bat

Great place close to everything. Everthing was very neat and clean. My only recommendation would be to have a shower upstairs as well.
