You entirely satisfied with all facilities such as large Studio room with balcony and kitchen, restaurant, Jacuzzi, green landscaping view and clean beach. You enjoyed with the service by the staff such as airport transfer and restaurant and spa as well.

We delighted to note your stayed with us at Peninsula Bay Resort was pleasant and relaxing. You are correct this is time share resort. However the board allow us to open on travel website only for specific room category and specific season (Low season) to support us.
We are glad to assist any transport arrangement at any time and book one day a head and it will at cost.

We delighted to note your stay with us was pleasent and relaxing.
You entire in the room we do not have conditioner, it correct due of the consept membership hotel, so this is like the guest 2nd home.Fan for the Air conditioner does not work, if you let us know,our engineering would have glad to fix it.
So far we do not have any complain regarding the bathroom floor, we will check it.
Normally we do have laundry bag & laundry form in room. But if the housekeeping miss to replace it just call the reception, we would sent it directly.

You entire satisfied with all service and facilities,large spread out grounds, large room and balcony.
Our located is in very strategic located where is easy to go every where.
10- 15 minute to Bali collection and 20-30 minutes to Kuta. The resort also provide jet sky with reasonable price.It is also easy to get the nearest other water sport activities like parasailing, bottom glass etc by the other side on the beach.

From peninsula Bay to Kuta is takes up to 20 minute. However this is high season and also project under pass in Tuban, it almost finish the project . But this outsider factor general in Bali.

One of our unit still going on construction,however we believe is not effect with your holiday due we reduce worker and limited time to avoid the noise
It is correct our resort concept for member but we provide Studio Room open for Online Booking guest.
