« I could not have chosen a better location in order to de - camp whileI had a new bathroom installed. I arrived on a freezing cold afternoon andopened the door of The Stables to be greeted by a lovely warm environment. Emily greeted me as soon as I arrived and was very welcoming explaining about parking etc when I had unloaded. The Stables is very comfortable with everything needed for a Winter's stay,and is tucked away up a private driveway beautifully peaceful and quietThere is great dog...

« A spacious and comfortable lodge with a pleasant view of the lake (not the marina). It is in a quiet spot slightly uphill from the marina itself. Apart from the Canada geese on the grass, we saw tufted ducks on the lake, a heron in the reeds and oystercatchers on the grass. Plus other birds in the trees. Please note that the cooling towers are not visible from the lodge because of the trees. In any case they are decommissioned. »

« It’s looks lovely in the pictures but a few things to note, the house looks “tired”, lightbulbs out, fridge smelt, floors and counter tops sticky,,tiles not secure on backsplash in kitchen.You could either have a “cold power shower” or a warm shower. Towels were stiff, no ironing board (sent email which took over a day to reply and told last guest had broken it, would have to wait a few more days to get one) only one useable in back yard as other one broken, outside cloth dryer broken, washing...

« That was the best house we've never rent since we started to travel to UK since 13 years, it makes from our journay a very good experience. The house is well equiped and wormed. The neighberhood is quit and shops are located at fiew blocs. The access to other towns is easy where we found good restaurents and malls. The host is evailable and respond quickly to the phone. »
