The Space:

In the Flamingos area near Nuevo Vallarta, mornings come in slowly - soft garden light, warm Pacific air drifting through open windows, and the easy pull of a beach day already beginning. This waterfront condo is built around that pace: unrushed afternoons by the pool, evenings at the outdoor dining table as the breeze picks up, and the shore just a short walk from your door.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 beds. The living room sofa can serve as an additional sleeping space - best suited for children, as it is a standard sofa rather than a sofa bed. Every room is fitted with room-darkening shades, cotton linens, air conditioning, a safe, closet storage, and a mosquito net for cool, comfortable nights. Families travelling with young children will find the space genuinely well-equipped: a pack 'n play/travel crib, paid crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children's books and toys, board games, and babysitter recommendations are all available.

 

Outdoor living

Step out onto the private patio or balcony and you're looking straight into the garden - an easy place to start the morning or wind down after sunset. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area give you plenty of reason to stay outside. An outdoor shower is right there when you come in from the beach, and the fully fenced private backyard gives everyone extra space to spread out on your own terms.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen comes stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, blender, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. Whether you prefer a proper sit-down meal at the indoor dining table or something more relaxed at the outdoor kitchen, you have the flexibility to eat however the day calls for it.

 

Resort amenities & recreation

As part of a waterfront resort community, a solid range of shared amenities sits right on-site. Most afternoons tend to find their way to the outdoor pool. When you're ready to change the pace, the shared sauna and shared gym - equipped with an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, workout bench, and yoga mat - are both steps away. A movie theater, ping pong table, and pool table round out the on-site options without ever needing to leave the complex.

 

Beach & water

Direct beach access is one of this property's real standout features. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all provided - so you can head straight to the shore from the moment you arrive and stay as long as you like.

 

Comfort, access & parking

The unit is single level with no interior stairs, and the building has an elevator. Self check-in is available, with building staff on hand 24 hours a day. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage and on the street. The unit also includes WiFi, a free washer, and a free dryer. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

 

Location

Flamingos sits along a quieter stretch of the Pacific coast - close to Nuevo Vallarta, but removed from the busiest tourist activity. The area is known for its warm year-round climate, easy beach access, and genuinely relaxed pace. It suits families, couples, and small groups who want resort access and beach time without the noise of a more crowded destination.



Important notes for guests: The maximum capacity of 5 guests integrates adults, children, and babies equally, as per condominium rules - the platform does not charge for babies under 2 years old or count them in the total capacity, so please take this into account personally to avoid misunderstandings upon arrival. It is important to note that the maximum capacity is 5 people, with guest number 5 being a minor under 15 years old. The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests, and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
