« Había hormigas en la habitación, el refrigerador no tiene bebidas y tienes que pedirlas con costo del servicio a la habitación (80 pesos) el restaurante de sushi se supone cierra a las 10 30 llegamos 9 50 y ya no te atienden. Las pulseras se desactivan exactamente a las 11 am y ya no puedes usarlas las entrar a la habitación. »

« Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. The staff were very nice and polite, unfortunately I cannot say that about the condo owners, some were rude. As far as the view of the ocean was great, easy access to the...
