The house stands on a closed plot of 614 m² in a quiet part of Novigrad. Everything is quickly accessible on foot. The house is equipped with six apartments and about 400 meters from the sea.

The apartments are located on the first or second floor and in the attic with a separate entrance. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished.

Although the provider lives on the same property, the location of the flat on the third floor guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodation, which ensures additional cleanliness and an allergy-friendly environment.

The sea is just 500 metres away and you can enjoy refreshing moments by the water. The surrounding area is ideal for relaxing walks and discovery tours. The nearest town centre is 800 metres away and offers various shopping opportunities and culinary experiences.
