« We are 4 men that rent a vrbo every year and play golf all week. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space was perfect for our cornhole boards and the fire pit added a fantastic touch. We would relax each night and watch the deer and turkey in the back part of the property. One of the nicest places we have stayed in our 20 years of excursions...perfect spot as a base play golf - many courses within 20 minutes. A rating from us. »

« We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. »

« Annual weekend for the seafood festival. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful unit with great style and amenities. We loved the front deck with table, seating and a grill. The rooms were well appointed with great mattresses and pillows. We loved it do much we wanted to move in! We will be back!! »

« Perfect for our littles, the house is right on the water. Great location, clean house. We told the host we had trouble with AC they came over to install another window unit. My daughter got sick and they answered the phone immediately to suggest a local urgent care. Very responsible, respectful of our privacy and a lovely house. We would stay again. »

« Can’t say enough about the convenience of this property. Seconds to the beach, with steps onto the sand almost in front of the house. Although it sleeps many, there is only one parking spot, so plan ahead for additional cars. Best kitchen i have ever seen in a rental, but bring a bag of ice. Great linen and plenty of it. Tv has every channel you could ever need, and games galore if it’s a rainy day and you are forced inside. Ideally you only have sun and fun! »

« Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go! We loved how the house was decorated and appreciated all the furnishings and nice touches. The fireplace came in handy on a few chilly evenings. We didn’t cook but it looked...
