Norwich et les Norfolk Broads

Les Ramblers se trouvent dans le village de Brundall, Ć  9,6 km Ć  l'est de la ville historique de Norwich et au cœur des Norfolk Broads. Le logement est complĆØtement autonome et constitue la partie avant du rez-de-chaussĆ©e du bĆ¢timent (la maison des propriĆ©taires est Ć  l'arriĆØre du bĆ¢timent). SituĆ© sur une route privĆ©e calme, la propriĆ©tĆ© est proche de la gare du village avec des liaisons vers Norwich, Great Yarmouth et Lowestoft. Norwich est Ć  seulement 10 minutes en train. Les liaisons routiĆØres sont bonnes car Brundall est situĆ© juste Ć  cĆ“tĆ© de l'A47 principale et le village bĆ©nĆ©ficie Ć©galement de services de bus rĆ©guliers.
Avec deux chambres, le maître dispose d'un lit king size, d'une télévision avec vue gratuite, d'une coiffeuse, d'une armoire double, d'un sèche-cheveux et de rideaux occultants. Un lit de voyage peut également être fourni si nécessaire. La deuxième chambre a un lit zippé, elle peut donc être aménagée en chambre double ou lits jumeaux selon vos préférences. Cette chambre dispose également d'une télévision avec vue gratuite, d'une coiffeuse, d'une armoire, d'un sèche-cheveux et de rideaux occultants.
La cuisine-salle à manger est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Y compris cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, vaisselle, verres, tasses et couverts. Près de la cuisine, il y a une buanderie où vous trouverez un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser. Une chaise haute pour enfant peut également être fournie si nécessaire.
Le salon lumineux et spacieux dispose de deux canapés en cuir, d'une télévision grand écran avec vue gratuite et de films et de sports en streaming, d'une PlayStation 3, d'un piano et d'un accès à un patio. (Veuillez noter que le propriétaire doit avoir accès par le patio pour entrer dans sa maison à l'arrière de la propriété, mais d'un point de vue social, ce sera uniquement pour l'usage des clients).
La salle de bain familiale nouvellement ƩquipƩe dispose d'une baignoire en forme de P, d'une douche Ơ effet pluie, d'un meuble-lavabo et d'une prise rasoir.
ƀ l'avant de la propriĆ©tĆ© se trouve une grande allĆ©e privĆ©e avec parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ć  6 vĆ©hicules.
Le logement bƩnƩficie Ʃgalement de son propre wifi indƩpendant, qui est Ơ l'usage exclusif des clients.
Comme mentionné précédemment, la propriété est bien située avec d'excellentes liaisons routières, ferroviaires et de bus. Cependant, le village de Brundall possède également des pubs, des restaurants ainsi que de nombreux autres commerces et services.

booked to accommodate my family for our son's wedding, a great find! Everyone was impressed with the spaciousness, high standard and cleanliness of the property, all slept very well and commented on the lack of any traffic noise. Matt is a highly professional host, responding quickly to any queries, giving a very friendly welcome and providing those unexpected 'niceties' which you don't realise are essential until you need a cuppa and a bite to eat after an exhausting drive! We have been to this property many times and we are always impressed with all aspects. The house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect for visiting the broads, Norwich and the rest of Norfolk. Finally, the host Matt is friendly, helpful and discrete, but there if needed.

The host had thought of everything to make our stay special. The fridge was stocked with the essentials as well as bread and fruit. Really thoughtful touch. Such a cracking location and a few mins walk to train station and amenities.

Me and my 2 boys stayed for just under 2 weeks. The house was very clean and well presented with amicable supplies and welcome package on arrival so we didn't have to run off to the shop straight away after our long flight. Located down a quiet avenue this was perfect position for us to rediscover my childhood village and super close to bus stops and train stations if required to travel to Norwich or Yarmouth. Matt was a great host and checked in with us if we needed anything and informed us of anything that may affect our stay. If we ever make the trip back and this place is available I will definitely book up again for another amazing stay.

The Rambles is a firm favourite of ours, this was our 3rd visit and hopefully we will be back next year. The accommodation is superb a veritable home from home. The hosts/owners are great, there when you need them, but very discrete the rest of the time. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

We spent 10 days in this Ab-Fab cottage in the picturesque village of Brundall in the Norfolk area of England. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated, evoking a traditional English cottage while being thoroughly modernized. The furnishings were both attractive & comfortable, the appliances easy to use, Internet reliable, Smart TV excellent. Everything was of the highest quality - beds, linens, cookware, technology & other equipment. The host was outstanding, a real prince. He met us to orient us to the cottage, was extremely concerned with our comfort, and communicated immediately about any of our concerns questions. The region was also lovely. Lots of footpaths around country lanes & about 15 minute drives into historic Norwich or the North Sea Coast at Great Yarmouth, close to a variety of supermarkets (especially a small but comprehensive Coop in the village proper). We would definitely stay at this property during any return visit to the region, the best & highest recommendation we can give.

A 6 day break in the tranquility of a luxury property in Brundall, Norfolk. The house was perfect in every way. Very well equipped and lots of extras. It was the ideal setting for everything Norfolk offers, great for shopping, dining out, or just relaxing. I know, I did all and more. The host Matt, was very friendly, approachable and helpful. We will definitely return in 2022.

Matt could not have been more accommodating and helpful, and the properties facilities were excellent and very comfortable. Matt was very knowledgable about the area and gave us a good insight on places to visit. We would highly recommend Matt’s property to anyone wishing visiting Norfolk. The house was nothing short of excellent. Everything we wanted and more. A very nice place to stay either as a base or just having a lazy day. A great kitchen with super cooker and equipment. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. The extensive welcome pack was warmly appreciated. Owners were very nice and extremely welcoming and helpful.

We had a great week at this property. Communication with Matt was brilliant and the home is even nicer than the listing suggests. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and had a very well equipped kitchen. The only thing it could possibly benefit from is some more tumblers and pint glasses. There are 4 of each but we found ourselves putting the dishwasher on half empty a couple of times because we had used them all. There are books, games and puzzles to use too if the weather isn't kind to you. Matt was really helpful with suggestions for activities and places to eat, none of which disappointed. He even provided a selection of breakfast items and milk and coffee so that first drink is ready to go. We made good use of the patio as we had unseasonably good weather. We did find the bedrooms a bit hot but felt safe with the windows open despite being on the ground floor. I should probably add that I normally keep a 1 Tog duvet on until about October when I switch to 4.5 Tog for winter so others probably won't find it hot. I wouldn't hesitate to book The Ramblers for another stay.

We were 2 couples who stayed for 2 nights to have a day out in Norwich and just for some general relaxation and it was perfect. The property is in a great location just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of amenities in Brundall. The property was beautifully equipped and presented in a quiet road and had everything you could need for a pleasant stay. We’d have loved to be there longer. Matt is an excellent host providing the best welcome pack I’ve ever seen including fruit, milk, cereals, eggs, really very generous indeed. Highly recommended for visiting Norwich and the surrounding area.

The property is very spacious and extremely clean. Bedding is comfortable. Lots of space - we were only two, but plenty of room for a family. Excellent provision of start up food and drink, so we didn't have to go the the shops as soon as we arrived. Good quiet location with plenty of parking. Communication with the friendly owner was very easy.

This property is possibly the best overall rental property I have ever stayed in! The generosity of our host was exceptional and the items of food they supplied (at no extra cost) meant that we did not have to shop for further supplies during our 4-night stay. Matt (the host) was helpful in every way, making us as comfortable as possible. The property was really clean and tidy, and he seemed to have thought of every little touch to make our stay a pleasure.

Spacious to house 4 of us. Kitchen is big and have good kitchen utensils for cooking. The area is quiet and not far away from Norwich city centre, natural reserves, the Broads and the beaches.

This was a short 2 night stay and we were very impressed with both the accommodation and hospitality from Matt. He was there to greet us and talk us through the house, wi-fi etc and made us most welcome. The house was perfect with 2 bedrooms and looked very well presented. The kitchen space was large and was fitted out with what looked like very new utensils, pots and pans, plates, mugs....in fact anything you would need. It was a nice touch that there was tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, marmalade, butter, orange juice supplied. The outside area was small, but there was a table and to be honest it was too wet and cold, but in the summer could be nice to sit out in. TV / lounge and wi-fi worked well. The bathroom was shared and was well equipped with a nice ceiling rose shower over the bath - it was a good shower! Couldn't have asked for a better place and would recommend to anyone who requires accommodation in the area. 10/10

From the time of booking Matt was very attentive and phoned me to see how I wanted the rooms set up. We had a warm welcome from Matt on arrival, he handed us the keys and let us settle in before showing us around. The property is spacious, beautifully decorated with everything we needed and it was spotless. We were very comfortable and it was always warm when we returned from our chilly days out. The welcome pack was the best I have had with fresh fruit, a bonus. The village of Brundall is lovely and is a great base from which explore Norfolk.
