The property was clean and the shower was good. The room I was in was near reception and I could here people coming on going in the night , so didn't get much sleep. Parking limited to four parking spaces at the hotel.

The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was modern with lots of hot water. It was a quick walk to and from the train station and there are lots of dining options near by. One suggestion is that a small folding rack/table on which to put a suitcase would be handy.

Room was not cleaned professionally. Very dusty to - skirting, doors and radiators - stains on walls and doors to bedroom and bathroom, staining to carpet and torn to areas, heavy residue to walls/tiling inside bathroom - bathroom not clean, mould heavy to areas and paint peeling/mould to bathroom window/reveals. Bathroom window blind mouldy/dirty and not working. Bathroom stunk of damp/cat pee smell. None of the main room wall side lights worked, 3 x of them were extremely loose off the wall. 1 x extremely broken/cracked socket that had been taped over (which was the main accessible socket for the dressing table!), Breakfast was very limited, was told there is no kitchen in the premises for any breakfast (small cereal packets, some fruit, babybels, and toast), milk and yogurts inside a shared staff/customer fridge (did not look professional and smelt). Very poor for the cost of the breakfast, if I had known I would not of included this and purchased breakfast elsewhere. The only good thing about the stay was the staff, one member of staff was super helpful with regards to taxi services. Aside from this, I would not waste my money again on this hotel. It was not what I expected, for the payment of over £100 I would of expected a professionally cleaned property, not broken sockets and exposed electrics. The bathroom smell was offensive I was unable to leave it open for ventilation and to use. The windows were all so heavily mould around edges, it looked awful. Never again.

Nice, good value Hotel. Room was clean with plenty of space. Tea and coffee facilities with nice biscuits. Bathroom was clean with modern fittings. Easy walk to Norwich station and Norwich City centre.

Marlborough Hotel
Located 5 mins walk from Norwich Train Station, Was greeted by a very welcoming Gentleman at the reception, Friendly and polite. My room was a double with ensuite , Up one flight of stairs, Very Clean and comfortable, I had Coffee/tea facilities and a Strong WiFi..There is a option to have a continental breakfast but I didn't.

The management and staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel has been clean, warm and cozy during the cold period. Fantastic location - walking distance from the train, buses and various dinning establishments and attractions. Staff has always been accommodating with any issue and willing to give recommendations! I would certainly recommend using this hotel again in the future!

Incredible value for money - spotless and very comfy. Lovely staff - my Son is in Norwich so i use this hotel when I visit. And if you're lucky you can have a free parking space. Love it!!

Present Hotel
Room was nice spacious and clean, however the heater in the room was broken, left in a bit of an unsafe state, nice bathroom however the water from the shower does not have a lot of pressure. Staff were really nice and friendly, breakfast just have to help yourself to toast, cereals, tea/coffee, juice and some fruit. Parking is on street parking and you can only park for 2 hours between 8am and 6:30pm

This hotel is great but there were a couple is minor issues in the room. The bed missing two slates and the shower head was broken. Overall the facilities were fine but minor things need to be changed. I would use again not an issue.

Close to trains and restaurants
A great deal for the money. There was a helpful gentleman who seems to always be in the lobby, and the people behind the desk were friendly. The shared bathroom was not a problem, its very clean and modern. I never had to wait for it.

Great location. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Immaculately and spotlessly clean spacious room with refurbished bathroom. A great base for a couple of days of exploration on a quiet street, especially if arriving by train as there is a shortcut to the station and historic centre if you're on foot (stepped access to a gentle hill)

For such an old property we were pleasantly surprised at the well-decorated room. The owners have obviously invested a lot of money in refurbishing all of the rooms to an extremely high standard.🙂
