The property is a 13-minute drive to Norwich's central bus station where you have quick links to the coast, the Broads and surrounding towns and villages.
The property is on the main road in and out of the city centre, easy to find!
However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

By the time you arrive, youâll have a key code sent to you by email. This email will have a code from the key box and all necessary instructions on how to access the property. But just in case you have any questions we are always a call away.
While you may have the house to yourself, you wonât be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.
We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival:
1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided)
2. No pets.
3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.
We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you:
- ÂŁ200 Refundable Security Deposit â Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply.
- ÂŁ18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver â A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to ÂŁ200âno deposit hold, no refunds needed.
