« What a wonderful home away from home! This property was super clean, well equipped and modern. Very quiet location a short drive to town. It snowed while we there and the driveway was plowed and easily accessible. Big plus was we saw a mother moose with two twins only about half hour away! We would definitely rent this property again. « The rental process was straightforward and clear. The property was great. We wish we could have spent more time exploring the area, but we were there for a wedding weekend and too busy to just enjoy the views. But it was close to Sugarloaf and would have been a great place to land after a day of hiking. The house was well-stocked and I can’t say enough good things about Alaina, the owner who was our contact. She made sure that we knew how to contact her if we needed anything and her response...

« Owner is very nice. Room was newly renovated and had a nice kitchen. Fun lounge and game room. Easy load in and out. They had Carrabassett Coffee company for the room too and sold toothbrushes in the office! Beds were so-so for comfort but overall a great stay. »

« Great stay, perfect location - skied both Sugarloaf and Saddleback. Clean, large home. Loved being near the hiking/XC trails! Suggestions: need large pot for pasta, a working can opener, had to buy dishwasher detergent, squeaky bunk beds ( not sure what you could do about that ).Would return! »
