« The hotel is very nice even if it's just in front of the highway. If you don't have a car, you can go downtown with the train, it takes 40 minutes (5,5$ one way to Union Station or 7$ unlimited week end pass). There is a free shuttle between the station "itaska" and the hotel. In case you need to walk it's only 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is good, and wifi works very well. »

« To be honest everything on the property is great. Service was unmatched, room was very clean, and the front desk did an exceptional job to make sure everything was to my wife and I liking. The only back draw is the elevators. The hotel is huge, they have 4 elevators there but only two are working, which made no sense to me, especially with it being Labor Day weekend, the entire hotel was booked and the wait for the elevators was sometimes up to 5mins.
