« I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!! »

« Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. « We spent 8 days there and everything went well. The staff is nice, the swimming pool and the gym were perfect. The only thing we didn’t like much is the breakfast, that was ok but really not the best in town. »

« The air conditioning is why I rate it at a 5. It was nice and cold. The room was the right size and I loved that it had a little lounge and table. The pool was a plus as well. After 10 p.m. we were able to sit in the pool area patio with our own drinks (beer). We weren’t rushed or given a time limit. We stayed up well after midnight. In addition, there’s a coffee shop and Burger boy in walking distance. »

« Breakfast was awesome! Variety of foods and the fruits were fresh. My grand daughter enjoyed the pool, and being very close to Seaworld was a plus for us. The room was clean super comfortable! We will definitely come back next year for her Texas Vacation. »

« Most of the staff were great except the desk clerk onThursday evening. She was quite rude even though I only asked for towels. She made me feels as if I was bothering her. All the other desk clerks were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. Even the maintenance man had superior customer service. »

« Could not sleep some nights because of non stop stumping noise from the guest from the next floor. Even with the complaints it still didn’t stop. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. »

« Great stay! 8 min from Fiesta Texas with a great shopping center nearby. We had a large group of kids with us and were able to get adjoining rooms. Employees were kind and helpful, would stay here again :) »
