Appartement propre mais quasi pas d'ustensiles alors qu'il y a une cuisine complète. 5ème lit pas fait à l'arrivée et 1 seul shampoing, 1 seul gel douche pour 5 et rien le lendemain. « I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »
