The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. « Definitly a hotel that takes pride in cleanliness. The whole place smells like bleach when you walk in. Every time i left my room someone was cleaning somewhere. The staff were friendly and cared about your needs. Nice selection for breakfast. »
