The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « We had a great time at the winter festival of lights. The skyline kitchen was very accommodating as my wife is gluten free. However, the Tub spicket was dripping cold water which made taking a hot bath a bit shorter than usual. Other than that the room was great. »
