« I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again. »

« Checking was to be after 3:00 I waited for an hour for my room to be ready — 4:00 and the room was freezing and the windows could not be opened I wanted an accessible room — I got what they call accessible but the shower was in the tub — there is no way I could get into or out of the shower himself and I was traveling alone I finally turned the heat on to warm up the room even though it was 88 degrees outside I changed motels after one night »

« Had a really nice room at first. Tv and refrig didnt work. Moved us across the hall to smaller room. Smelled like animal pee and mildew. Carpet felt wet. I wasnt happy with this room at all. Pool was nice. Pool area needed picked up, more fresh towels, and air for those not swimming but need to watch their children. Opened windows, but told this effected AC. No ac in pool area. Pool hours were terrible. 9am to 10pm. Breakfast was so so. Not enough sitting area for breakfast. Staff very nice. »

« They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip. »

« The desk assistant, Her name is Faith was very kind to us. The room was quiet and clean. Everyone including Vivian and who was being trained by the that nice man served us a hardy breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. We made reservations for next July. Great place to stay. »
