« The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Theor hospitality from the moment we arrived and Roy came to the airport to guide us back to their property. To Roy cooking conch stew and bring us a huge bowl.
