Impossible de changer de chambre ou d’obtenir remboursement et le wifi ne fonctionnait qu’a l’extérieur de la chambre… Le problème semblait venir de leur appareil mais n’ont rien voulu faire pour nous accommoder ou nous dédommager…

on doit augmenter le niveau de propreté pour le nettoyage des chambres. Par oublie manque de papier de toilette. Pas besoin de nettoyer les douches mais un peu de nettoyage rapidement ferait l'affaire. Au niveau de stationnement, je pense que plein de chauffeurs ont mal stationné ,ce qui nuit un peu pour les autres personnes de trouver une place.Si posible numérotés les places par chambre cela éviterait plein de problème. Emplacement bien situé, ca favorise un déplacement plus facile.

Hôtel rénover et au goût du jour. Très très proche de la plage! Attention! Il n'a pas de stationnement réservé pour votre chambre. Il y a un risque de perde sa place lorsque l'on quitte (seul désavantage).

Great location. Recently renovated. Despite the rooms are small you have everything you need. Some people complain about the parking. I was able to find one without a problem (maybe because we checked-in around 2:30 (no fee for early check-in). Also the neighborhood is very secured so should be no problem if parking on the street

Magnifique séjour à l’hôtel. Seul petit bémol le Parking n’est pas compris et n’accommode pas pour un arrivée plus tôt. 50$ de frais pour la chambre quelques heures plus tôt malgré le fait qu’il y avait plusieurs chambres de prêtes étant donné que nous avons séjourné dans un moment non achalandé. Sinon, personnel courtois, accueillant et la plage est tellement plus proche à cet endroit. Le boardwalk est collé sur l’hôtel.

I like the outdoor cabana I thought there would be a tiki bar but there wasn't and no coffee.makers in the room otherwise was nice and clean

We stayed in room 307, the room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very personable accommodating. The minute i stepped foot in the room it took the sting out of the deposit, which is refunded the minute you check out. If you are gowing to Wildwood NJ, I recomend the hotel Cabana. Convenient 1 minute walk to the board walk.

hotel cabana tried charging us $200 dollar security deposit over room charge, which we would get back 4 days after check out and told us parking was $15 dollars a day. I said I would park on street and I wouldn’t stay if I had to pay that much. Thankfully they waived those fees. However, pet friendly means 75 dollar fee for cleaning fee. My dog is 10 pounds, and I wouldn’t have her on the bed. So she stayed with family elsewhere. When we finally checked in and got our room, bed was not the size we requested and the shower had hair in drain and on the soap dispenser. I emailed the hotel and thankfully they gave us a free upgrade to the bed we requested, which was nice.

I didn’t know anything about a security deposit. It would be nice to know ahead of time with people getting scammed and identity theft at an all time high.

Room was clean and updated. The staff at the check in was meh. Not welcoming or friendly. They charge you to park on the property which is ridiculous so take note. You can find parking a few blocks away. It was good for the price but not great.

The only downside for me was the parking fee and limited clothing storage. However, I absolutely loved the location right on the boardwalk with easy access to rides.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. We wanted a quick weekend getaway. The location is good, right on the boardwalk. The rooms are nicely updated but the layout is a bit odd. We booked a room with two double beds but only one of the beds could see the TV. The bathroom is very small and awkward. The sink is so close to the toilet you can barely squeeze your hand in between to flush. The door basically bumps up to the toilet. If your larger than average size it will be very awkward. They do charge a fee for pets and a fee for parking which is. It made clear when booking thru a travel site. The lobby is updated but there is a very off putting odor, which thankfully was not in the room. It was just OK. Don’t know that I would stay there again or really recommend to family or friends.

Rooms lack essentials like box of tissues, iron, and plugs to charge your phones. Our sheets were dirty with red stains. Second room had stains too . No housekeeping around so I had to change my own sheets. Mattress cover underneath was all stained up as well.

Great for a quick trip
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. If you making a quick trip this is a good Choice however….we were there for 5 days. No coffee, only one drawer in a room for 5 people. I asked for aground floor room, as I was traveling with mature ladies and still ended up having to go up what felt like 567 stairs. We were there in Nov and they had ONE paper thin blanket in the bed and when we asked for more, they gave us another paper thin blanket.

The location of the hotel, price and cleanliness were great. However, the room was all the way in the back tucked behind a wall. The only thing we were able to see was a gray wall in front of our window. The lights were on all night on a timer outside our room. It was also very noisy. We heard everything from music, to laundry to other people using their bathrooms. We both slept horrible and unfortunately, will not be back.

There was a $15 per night charge to park. It WAS on the hotel website but i did not see it on the Hotels.com site. It advertised pet friendly but there was a $75 non refundable fee for having a pet with you. Again, listed on the hotels website but i did not see it on hotels.com. Both of these i will take responsibility for since I did not check either the fine print or I may have missed noticing. However, there was no hot water. Sink, tub, or shower dit not have hot water. I ran the water for 20 minutes, took a shower, wife showered, and still no hot water. It was slightly cooler than room temperature. Not my idea of a pleasant experience. I wont go back.

We weren't aware that the parking cost an extra $15. We are older, so the long walk to the room was somewhat difficult. There were only very thin covers on the bed and we couldn't regulate the heat, so we were quite cold because it was no longer summer. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the room was clean.

Review of Hotel Cabana Oceanfront/Boardwalk Reviewed 2 days ago Hotel Cabana is one of the cleanest, most comfortable and quietest hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Restaurants are within walking distance and the boardwalk is clean and safe to stroll. We are impressed with the modern rooms and delighted with the proximity to Cape May and the Garden State Parkway. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely return this summer. Date of stay: November 2023 Trip type: Traveled as a couple

The rooms and hotel interior desgn is very pleasent. The beds are comfortable. The patio over looking the beach is beautiful. I love that they allow dogs at a reasonable fee. I will visit again, and again.

Overall the property was clean, modern, and in a good location, and front desk staff was helpful upon checkin so I’m giving 2 stars, but I wouldn’t stay here again. We booked our room 3 months ago with a king bed, the room we were given was listed as a king in their system but the bed was a full sized. We asked to move to a king room but they said they were all booked, so they gave us a room with 2 queens which was appreciated, but still not what we booked. The shower was also a downgrade as the first room had an upgraded walk-in shower and the second room had an old tub shower. I’m not sure how they were all full, the place was a ghost town. On day 3, we came back at the end of the day and our door was left WIDE OPEN by housekeeping for hours. We left the hotel at 6am and didn’t come back until 5pm to find our door wide open (the doors don’t automatically close, you have to pull them shut). Luckily nothing was stolen, but totally unacceptable.
