« The hotel was fine, staff were friendly however they checked us into a room that was definitely not cleaned properly as I found used alcohol pads and someone’s dirty underwear and shirt in the drawer. The shower still had shampoo on the wall from the previous user. As the hotel was “sold out” they could not switch my room , but did give me all new linens. When I asked for a refund the manager said to sign up for choice rewards and he would give me 5,000 points. As I stood there I googled it an...
