« The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. The dials on the stove are worn off. None...

« Loved the property. Location was great with easy walks to the resort to watch the surfers, sunrise and sunsets. Pool and beach activities all in easy distances. VERY prompt responses to all questions by management and never made us feel like our questions were stupid. Well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would only offer to suggest an air conditioner in the kitchen. It can get warm and hard to cool due to the layout of the floor plan. Overall very happy. »

« The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. « Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity.
