« Location was not as specified. It stated it was a 7 minute walk to Turtle Bay and Palmer golf course but it is over a hour walk. The unit was filthy and appeared as though someone lives in the home. We inspected the home and decided to leave as it did not feel welcoming or clean enough to sleep. « Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!! »

« The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance. »

« We wanted to stay close to Turtle Bay, with easy walking distance to the beach. We could get to the beach and some restaurants within 10 minutes. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had one very minor issue with the dryer and the caretaker responded promptly when I contacted them. We would most definitely stay there again. »
