« Perfect spot to rd connect with a few friends as we were in town for a wedding. From the initial entry in to stone floor the sun room (stunning) to the spacious bedrooms and first floor where we could lounge on the sectional and eat at the dining table it was cozy, clean and perfectly decorated. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries, gracious in allowing us an early arrival. « The moment you enter the home was delightfully appointed to welcome guests. The home is mostly bedrooms with the upstairs living room offering a bed as well so we hung out in the big kitchen downstairs. No other place in Rockport offers king beds and so many bathrooms. »

« Central location, clean, comfortable, host communication was 10/10. We had a great stay! You’ll have to park on the street a little bit away if you don’t have a smaller vehicle. « Amazing location. Right on the harbor with great views of boats and the lighthouse. The beds were comfortable. The living room could benefit from better lighting. The back porch would have been the place to spend most of your time but there was not comfortable seating out there. Not much is walkable from the house, trips into downtown Marblehead require a short drive. »

Necessities were available nearby and the property was well situated with a harbor view and within walking distance to the promenade, park and beach. 5 bedrooms provided everyone with privacy and the provided portacribs, high chair and rocking chair made our visit so much easier. « This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome.
