« Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. « Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!! »

« The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. »

« We understood when booking that this unit that construction was extensive, and the room did not have an ocean view. That expectation was clear in the listing and email. However, the photos were misleading. The room featured large, expansive curtains that reasonably suggested there would at least be some type of exterior view.
