« Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. « La chambre sent l’humidité, les tapis sont déchirés, il y avait des tâches étranges sur la literie. Nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit dans un des lits alors avons dormis 4 dans un lit double….Nous voulions partir tôt pour Yosemite, nous sommes finalement parti une heure plus tôt encore. »
