« The unit is in good condition, with up-to-date appliances, and is cute and comfortable. Some appliances, like the touch-sensor kitchen faucet and lamps in the bedroom were slightly baffling at first, but we got used to them. The wall mounted smart TV is HUGE. It's in sort of a "mixed-use" neighborhood, which has a little bit of a weird vibe, but it's really quiet at night, which is a plus. « Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend »

« If I could rate this higher for location, I would! Walkable to nearly everywhere I wanted to be and right across from Tupi Coffee! Check-in was a little glitchy, but we got it straightened out. A handbook would help to provide wifi password, garbage pick up, check out procedure, etc. The space was comfortable for two of us and large enough that our adult children could come over for cocktails. Sorry to say Tupi is relocating but will have rooftop seating in the new place. »

« This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property!
