« The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. « The stay was amazing. For being on a farm, the place is virtually spotless. Very clean. Super easy check in. The easiest check in ever. Lisa is a great host and you reallt feel welcomed. She knows a ton about each horse as well. The house was cool. You could easily communicate with each other anywhere in the house with a light yell but yet had enough space to relax. Theres no wifi and a tv. We didnt use it. We spent a ton of time walking around. Enjoying the kittens and horses. The river was...

« Was a perfect location being close to many wineries and breweries. Beautiful Mountain View as we enjoyed breakfast. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Trying to find firewood took a couple phone calls but the IGA near wintergreen had plenty. Only a 15 min drive. »

« The house is old but looks newly painted inside. It boasts a good size kitchen, dining room and 4 double bedrooms. There is a first floor bedroom if someone can’t walk the stairs. We used the screened side porch a lot and the hot tub every night. The only thing needed to enjoy outside hot tub are lights for the stairs to the deck. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from Charlottesville. »

« Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family of 5 down for JMU family weekend. Equipped with everything we needed. Clean. Comfy beds. It was great for our family and two well behaved dogs. Owner communicated promptly and responded to all inquiries. »

« We had a nice stay at this home, it suited our group well. The layout is good for multiple sets of couples and I liked the access to resort amenities and access to restaurants and local activities. The house is located on a side road in the resort so low traffic and quiet area, good for a relaxing time. »
