The staff was fantastic especially the women who were in the breakfast area. They graciously greeted guests, kept the food well stocked, visited with guests, seemed to really enjoy their job and even cleared the tables! The desk help was just as friendly and helpful. The room was clean except some soap scum/orange stuff in two corners of the bathtub that wiped away with a wash cloth. Also the fan in the bathroom was very dusty. The bed was wonderful, very comfortable. It is close to the freeway which makes it very convenient but noisy. We heard traffic all night. The few 4stars are out weighed by the wonderful staff giving the over all score 5 stars!

The front desk was helpful and the facilities were nice. I used the fitness room and other family used the pool. Great stay.

One of the beds in our room had three areas with blood and a hair on it. We had to move rooms after a very long day of travel. The stairway was dirty and a used band aid was laying on a step. It was all disconcerting. We stay at holiday inn express motels often but maybe not again.

Tried checking in at 3:00 which was check in time and was told that the room I reserved the month before was not ready and it wouldn’t be ready until 3:30! They told me they had an other room but had queen beds instead of the king beds I had reserved. So I asked if I was going to get a discount and she told me she would not be able to do that and I still had to pay the same price as the other room I did not get!!

Quick visit
Good location, facility was clean. Breakfast was decent and staff was stocking items as the morning went on. Check in was quick amd overall pleased with our stay.

The hotel was good, beds very comfy. The area around the hotel was an interesting mixed bag of places, gas stations, car dealership and a hobby lobby in a very weird place, but the staff recommended a couple of places to eat and we went to Cedars. Definitely worth checking out.

Clean, comfortable room, bathroom, beds. Great location in North Platte. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here next time we are in North Platte.
