Entire property has SIGNIFICANT water damage and smells horrible. We tried two different rooms until we just left. BLACK MOLD is definitely an issue and this place should be shut down.

They were completely sold out the night before our stay. When we arrived after a very long drive there were no rooms clean, this was at 5pm. We had to go to our event we were visiting the area for so we didn’t even get into our room until late at night. We had requested a roll away bed prior to our stay that never got delivered. Definitely don’t go barefoot or your feet will be blac, overall if wasn’t very clean. The staff was nice however there was zero compensation for the trouble we had to go through. Definitely a convenient location though

Property was good, rooms while a bit dated were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shawn was wonderful assisting with breakfast. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Having two restaurants on site was a perk. Great value for the cost.

The night clerk not so much rude, came down for breakfast had question she made us wait while she filed so papers and when I asked excuse me, see gave us a ugly look, and with a rude attitude she asked how can I help you? Probably will not stay again.

They have shuttles to and from Simmons Arena. It's not far too walk, but for us old farts, it was nice to ride. Breakfast was good. Benihana really good food - Japanese Habachi and great Sushi. In the same building as the hotel, seperate entrance. The only downfall of the place was housekeeping. The coffee self serve station in the room had white powder, probably creamer but I didn't confirm that, all over it and was dusty. The underside of the toilet seat needed a bit more scrubbing, husband saw it, thankfully not me. And when we went to see the courtyard by the pool, the ashtrays were full. I thought this was a non smoking establishment. If it had not been raining it would be nice to sit by the fire pit, but not if people were smoking. Bed was nice and clean, comfortable. Great pillows and nice large screen TV. Could've done without the jacuzzi bathtub in the corner of the room. I'm in Healthcare and jacuzzi tubs harbor other people's flora that may not get along with yours. No matter how well you clean it, there's no chlorine to kill the germs. We had lots of towels and the room cooled off very well. Had to turn the refrigerator on. And the one chair in the room was broken. Housekeeping should have caught these things and had them corrected before they let us in. The most positive thing about the hotel is the staff, they are fabulous! They were welcoming, friendly, helpful. Appeared that they really liked their jobs! There a Starbucks near by too! I would stay there again

While we are a non smoking hotel, we do allow our guests to smoke outside and the gazebo area is the only covered area for this purpose so it is used frequently to give our guests who smoke a place to do it away from our guestrooms and entrances. The hotel's location is perfect if you are attending a ballgame at Dickey Stephen's ballpark or a concert at simmons bank arena. It is walkable to either location.

This hotel is nice, but it is old (looks like it was recently renovated). The staff was very friendly. The food at the bar/lounge was not good. The area around the hotel looks a little sketchy.

Great room, the service was not amazing, but fine. The area in the parking lot right outside our window was under construction, so that wasn’t ideal. It was also right next to the baseball stadium, so when a game was happening, we could hear the announcer clearly. Luckily it was an afternoon game, but if it had been a night game, I feel like bedtime for our toddler would be challenging. Not a problem, but something to consider.

The guy at the front desk was super friendly, and we really liked him, but the room was an extreme disappointment. When we opened the door to the room, we were met with the smell of mold that was coming from the bathroom. It was pretty bad. I don’t know if it was coming from the dirty tile grout, the painted-over water damage on the walls, or the wood under the sink. I wanted to ask to change rooms, which I’ve only ever done once because of the time we were given a room with two small beds and we didn’t want to “Lucy and Ricky it”…. but it was eclipse day and I think we already got one of the last rooms. The rest of the room smelled musty, but it seemed clean. Since I didn’t want to use the towels that had been sitting in the musty bathroom for who knows how long, I asked for fresh towels and they came quickly, so I appreciated that. The bed was comfortable, but honestly, I wish I had booked somewhere else that night. Please remodel your bathroom and fix the mold issue!
