« Great central location with an easy and keyless check in. We did have a few problems to begin our stay due to an app error so our booked room wasn't ready but after contact with the host this was quickly sorted. We booked 3 nights and had issues with the shower in the room not working but again hostnd staff were very helpful and hot this resolved. »

« What a beautiful house, we stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our friends 60th. Absolutely stunning, so clean, lovely comfy beds, everything we needed & more. The gardens & views of the surroundings were beautiful. The little touches & welcome basket were a lovely surprise. Marley my dog had the best time running round the gardens chasing balls. Thankyou so much Melanie for a wonderful stay, i cannot recommend Bainfield House enough, and we shall certainly be returning. »

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
