« We were returning guests and once again we enjoyed a very comfortable stay, the house is in a quiet area, at walking distance of everything and just behind the Westwood pasture for a run. Sara was very nice and helpful in answering my questions »

« perfect location for getting into town very spacious house clean and light and beds very comfy if your following sat nav to arrive head for victoria street and find the car park on the right hand side half way up to access the house as no access by car otherwise - or ask the host for clear instructions which we failed to dothe microwave didn’t work and we found one of the sofa to have a broken leg but alerted the host to let them know and they said would get someone to check this out for...

« The property is a comfortable size for 4 adults to stay in. It's a great location for walking to Lincoln's main sights. We were able to easily park on the street nearby. There are useful local shops for self-catering or plenty of places to eat out. »

« Good location, close to city centre and on-site parking was a big help. Small issue with heating and water and the first day but this was quickly resolved, thank you. »

« We spent 2 nights in Woodlands Cottage and loved it. It was spotlessly clean with new bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. The directions sent in advance were great, as was the tip to use the shortcut through the woods to the local pub. For a local walk, the Bubwith Rail path was really nice. »

« We needed a place to stay in North Lincolnshire that was central to all the courses we intended to play. Beldon House was the perfect option. Easy to book and pay for. Friendly staff.The house was clean, spacious and everyone had their own room. Not only was it close to the golf courses, but walking distance from the town giving us the opportunity of going out in the evenings.Even before returning home, the group and I had started talking about returning to Beldon House for our 2026 golf tour...

« Amazing lodge, fully equipped with everything for your stay. Cleaned to a high standard, we found a lovely pub that did food around the corner called the half moon, definitely recommended »

« Was ok for a stop over. The hallway had a rather musky smell. We had to contact host when we arrived to get details about how to check in but that wasn't obvious on the booking details. »

« I had my hen do here in June and it was the most amazing weekend! The house has everything! The pool and hot tubs are such a great addition and there is so much space. Fully recommend staying here, can’t wait to come back! »
