« We loved our stay here over Xmas. The house was festively decorated and the hosts were more than accomodating to my requests for kitchen itensils as I had read in other reviews that there was minimal supplies - they were wrong. We had issues with payment to VRBO which cottages.com supported with but cannot fault the house or the hosts. A great time , even our dog felt at home with her own dog bed. »

« Spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were a party of 6 and certainly had enough space. Cottage is well situated and very quiet. There is a Woodland off lead dog area about ten minutes away which is worth visiting if you have a dog. »

Alla fine, verso le 21.15 hanno rintracciato la donna delle pulizie che ci ha prestato la sua chiave. " On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
