« Had a fabulous weekend at this beach cottage. Great location, extremely close to the water, coffee shop, ice cream shop, lobster rolls, boardwalk along the water and of course the beach! Milford is a hidden gem for summer vacation and I will definitely go back and stay in this beach home!! »

This property had everything from a super clean, cozy studio with fridge and counters filled with surprising treats, incredible hot tub with lights in the trees, pool to cool off and little private beach to launch a paddlleboard and kayak, or hang out at night with a burn pit. If you are just a beach person and want toes in the sand and to swim in the ocean, this area is not for you....

« This was a perfect house for our weekend getaway. The sunroom overlooking the water was by far our favorite room. Being able to disconnect while enjoying a beautiful view was exactly what we needed. Lynda is a great host and was gracious enough to allow us a slightly later check out to accommodate our travel plans home. We would definitely stay here again! »

The linens, towels were of high quality and clean, and the kitchen was very functional with new cooking and kitchen utensils, pots and pans. It had hardwood floors on main level and the house was not cluttered at all. The view from the living room and deck of the lake was so beautiful and a stress release for sure. « Very nice place, stay there for a couple of nights for a get together, plenty of room. Only problem was some of the cleaning supplies where locked away where we couldn’t access it so we had to bring a mop and other supplies. »

« The location was good for our needs and the place well maintained. There were scent devices in many outlets and two of our guests are allergic. We had to unplug them and air out the home. It would be good to alert guests to those devices and allow them to choose to have them not present. »

The home was cozy and the area quiet, letting us have a nice relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of NYC.
