« Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. »

« The rental is nice for a family trip to Cape Coral/Fort Myers and is conveniently located. The 'family room' with the pool table is great to relax at the end of the day. We had a very nice stay and would happily recommend it. »

« We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun. »

« This house was perfect for our Girl's Trip and the ladies kept telling me so. We even canceled two of our planned out events to stay in. Communication via text when we had a mix up at check in was quick and efficient. « We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...
