Saco Access Farmhouse-Dog friendly-Fireplaces

Quintessential New England Farmhouse charm with 400 feet of Saco River beach, Volleyball court & fireplaces in every room will make you the hero for booking this truly special property. Step back in time to this 1860's farmhouse, with exposed beams, stone fireplaces & wooden floors.
The Saco River meanders around the property.
Easy access off Rte 16 & minutes away from everything North Conway & the Valley has to offer - including one of the beast breakfast places right across the street!

This 3 bedroom house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, a large family, or 2 small families.
Each bedroom its own private bathroom, TV, gas fireplace, A/C, and sitting area.
The 3rd bedroom, which has spectacular views of the Moats and Mt. Chocorua, has a separate sitting area with a full pullout couch & a small children's crib. - this area can accommodate an additional 2 adults or children which make the occupancy 8 in total.
The fully stocked kitchen seats 8 people and has a gas stove, full size fridge, microwave, and a dual coffee maker (drip and Keurig). The gathering room has comfortable furniture, a large-screen TV, and a wood burning fireplace.
The wrap around deck , which overlooks the volleyball court, has everything you would expect - a porch swing, some rocking chairs and a grill.

Guests have access to the whole space. There is one additional unit on the back of this building that is sometimes occupied by the owner.
Guests access the unit from the door on the wrap around porch via a smart lock.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us.

This location is extremely hard to beat. Situated on the main road (yet set back to avoid noise) that runs from Route 16 all the way up through North Conway and beyond - giving you the most incredible advabtage when it comes to that busy peak season traffic for not only getting to you vacaiton home but also getting around during your stay. You also have one of the BEST breakfast places right opposite you on the road and to your right, one of the bets bakeries in town.
In addition to all of this - yes there is more - you have direct access to the Saco River and a canoe, tube and kayak rental right next door.

The Saco River is a little walk aways from the property to a semi-private beach shared only with other people in the association of houses.
The volleyball court is available from June 15th through Labor day weekend.
There is a half bathroom in the entryway on the bottom level.
When entering the property, the driveway forks in to two sections - guests should keep to the right at all times.
We provide one towel per person and do not provide wash cloths. If you need any extra towels, please don't hesitate to bring them with you.
Parking for up to 3 cars max.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
Minimum age to rent: 25
*Residential neighborhood - please respect quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
*We allow dogs but there are fines imposed for not cleaning up after them.
*Dogs should be kept on a lead at ALL TIMES while outside. The yard is not fenced and although it is set back from the road, the road is a busy one.

The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was well maintained and the extras included around the house were a lovely touch. Fireplaces galore! It was an amazing place to spend a very spring rainy weekend. The only thing we had a little trouble with was coordinating on early check-in and late checkout questions, but the team figured it out for us and it worked out well in the end. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great accommodations for parties of 6 and a dog or two!

Each bedroom had its own bathroom and gas fireplace. Beds were comfortable, decent sized kitchen and small bonus room to get some work done off one of the bedrooms. Recommended for parties of 6, especially if you have a canine companion.

Very Comfortable & Convenient

Everything was as expected on our arrival. Clear communication, easy access, no surprises. The location is very comfortable and conveniently located just down the road (literally the same road) heading into North Conway. Conway was central to everything we wanted to do, including shopping, walking, hiking, seeing all the sites. In one direction, North Conway proper. In another, a drive down the Kancamagus Highway. In another, a show at a local theater. And in the house, there was a fireplace and television wherever you might want one on a rainy day or cozy night. One son claimed "the V.I.P. Suite" upstairs with the big bedroom and attached sitting area overlooking the mountains. Another walked down to the Saco River from the house to tour the beach and do a bit of treasure hunting. Mom and Dad very much enjoyed sitting around the large kitchen table to share a couple meals when we weren't out. It was a lovely few days.

Family Time

This property was great for our family: parents, grandparents and teens. Very clean and lots of room for all of us. The washer and dryer was key
for drying things as we came back from the river. It was close to everything. We will be back next year!

Young family enjoyed our stay!

Our family enjoyed our trip to North Conway. The house is located down the street from Down town yet is very private and accessible to the beach (shared private!). The home was fully equipped for our young children- they enjoyed the sand pit, volley ball court, all the toys inside and the beach. The house is also across the street from Banners, a popular breakfast spot. We enjoyed fishing the river for rainbow trout, swimming and grilling. The drive to storyland was only about 15-20 min. Our favorite part about the house was how clean yet have you the 1860’s feel with the decor. We will be returning again next year!

General Comments

Very pleased with the house. I thought it was misleading to infer the property was on the Saco River. It may have access but it is not easily accessible. I knew I was sent the WiFi password but when I couldn’t locate it I messaged the owner for it and received no reply.
