Tucked in the heart of vibrant Park Circle, The Royal Palm is the perfect retreat for families and groups looking to relax in style. This spacious home features four comfortable bedrooms (each with a king bed!) and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests.

Just five minutes from lively Montague Avenue, you’ll be close to the best of Park Circle—local breweries, pubs, galleries, and top-rated restaurants are all within easy reach. When it’s time to head home, enjoy the convenience of a two-car garage and a roomy private driveway with space for more.

Inside, you’ll love the fresh mid-century modern design, open layout, and cozy U-shaped sofa facing a large Smart TV—perfect for movie nights. The bright, fully equipped kitchen seats eight and makes it easy to whip up meals or enjoy takeout together.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms are fitted with king beds and flat-screen TVs. The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a reading nook, TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo, and thanks to the instant water heater, no one’s left waiting for a warm shower.

Step outside to enjoy peaceful mornings on the screened-in porch overlooking the private backyard. Or fire up the grill on the back patio and unwind with dinner under the stars.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the

dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and

Beautiful home, very clean. Property management is fantastic to work with, very kind and helpful. I'm very impressed with the customer service. We are looking forward to our next trip with stayduvet, checking out a different property. My only complaint was the noise, all day long. There was unexpected construction happening behind the property the entire visit starting at 7:30am and going until almost 7pm every single night. There is heavy traffic during rush hour, it's close to the airport and a train station. This made hanging out at the house during the day a problem, no relaxing in the backyard or sitting in the screened porch.

We were in town for the Charleston Open tennis tourney and the Bridge Run. The home was in a wonderful location for both. It was exactly like it was described. Having 4 King beds was amazing and they were all super comfy. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Six family members visited the area for a Navy Graduation and siteseeing. This place had everything we needed. Plenty of comfortable space, comfortable beds, clean, well kept, and well equipped kitchen to cook some meals. Check In and Check Out was a breeze. definitely again.
