Très bon hôtel même si l’emplacement n’est pas top mais près des grands axes. Et aussi de la voie ferrée, ce qui permet d’entendre quelques sirènes de train mais rien de bruyant. Bon petit-déjeuner. Je recommande vivement

I receive a message where that said my checkout it is at 12pm I leave at 12:10 and the front desk told me you don’t have the deposit we keep it, It's disrespectful. At least they could remove half of the deposit or part of the deposit for the time it took us when they regularly in a hotel they charge you after late hours

Front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful! The room looked great at first glance, but once we started getting settled we found a few concerning issues. There was a (who knows how old) cup of “hot” tea left in the microwave from a previous guest, which I completely understand being an easy thing to overlook, but the sheets had very clearly not been changed as well. There were questionable stains and substances on one of the beds. Past that the facilities were nice and well kept. Would highly recommend addressing the issues with housekeeping, but the rest of our experience was pleasant.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. The previous guest's washcloth was still hanging on the shower curtain rod. The bathroom sink barely drained. The battery in the remote needed changing as it only worked 1ft away from the tv.

On my booking, however, I could not get an address to give to the taxi driver after I asked for it specifically on Trulicity chat. There was a 45 MINUTES wait time to talk on the phone to a person. The map I received had no street names just general areas. The taxi driver went to the only readable area and we drove from hotel to hotel = $taxi fare $72.50. Finally, after an hour, one hotel clerk came up with a name and connected me to the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Ruined my whole trip. Thanks a lot, guys.

The host was friendly and helpful. The eating area and common areas were very clean. The bed skirt needed washed but everything else was great cleanliness-wise. The laundry detergent fragrance was too aromatic. Please consider a scent free detergent.

You could hear the people above us walking around, dropping things and talking all night. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the exhaust fan barely worked, the closet door was broken
