« This place was set up with a few thoughtful touches from the host, who was super accommodating during our stay. Everything was clean, the sofa was big and comfy, and we enjoyed the space. « The property itself was very nice and so was our hoet! However, we had a box truck for work. The lock on the back of our truck was cut almost in half when we got up in the morning. Just make sure to keep your things inside!! »

« Efraín was an exceptional host. He made sure my family and I were abreast of everything going on with the property. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. « Place was clean and more or less as appeared on VRBO. Walls and doors were a little beat up. Not really located in a real "neighborhood", more like an industrial type area with schools. Also "neighborhood" and roads leading in were not very well lit. Super close to airport and highways which was nice. TP and garbage bags were provided which was nice as well. Owner was very difficult to get in touch with but there were some extenuating circumstances and in the end the owner did remedy my requests...

« The condition of the property and the neighborhood are average at best. Sufficient and safe? Yes. However, a bit run down. Describing the apartment complex as a “gated community” is disingenuous, although there is a gate surrounding it. I think the apartment complex puts unrented apartments on VRBO. Linens, pillows, bedding, furniture is all old. No soap. Toilet paper holders and dish washer are broken. Holes in the walls. Overpriced. Not many options in that area of North Houston. »

« We stayed here for 24 days between selling our house and moving into our new house. We live close to this area, so we knew it wasn’t the best neighborhood but it was a gated complex so we felt comfortable renting it. « Chambres-suites très spacieuses et confortables. Tout est neuf, très bien entretenu et décoré avec soin. Très bonne literie. Très belle piscine. Excellent petit déjeuner, avec des fruits frais ; on vous fait même des omelettes à la carte ! Idéalement situé entre l'aéroport et les centres commerciaux. Seul bémol : pas de commerces ou restaurants proches. »
